If you ever have cut back on sugar you’ll know it’s not an easy task. It takes more than just willpower and a wish.
Sugar is a highly addictive substance – comparable to cocaine and alcohol because of the way it stimulates the brain to release the feel-good hormone serotonin. And when consumed in large quantities it leads to weight gain, fatigue, moodiness and even premature aging. Yikes!
You will be well on your way to curbing junk in 5 days!
Knowledge is power and learn how to apply and empower yourself in this fun and interactive workshop. We kick off with a pre-challenge session during the workshop. Included is a a recommended easy to follow meal plan which incorporates desserts (because nothing is off limits) + the science behind your craving. The official five day challenge kicks off Monday February 11th: daily motivation and proven sugar busting habits sent to you via email.
Sunday February 10th 11:30-1pm workshop plus 5 day challenge that will be emailed to you daily, Monday February 11th to Friday Feb 15th.

Imagine being immersed in beautiful sounds that are healing to your body, mind and soul.
A sound bath session is a healing session you can experience while resting in a safe and secure place. Sound is one of the oldest known forms of healing. Everything has a vibration and we as individuals have our own unique frequency.
In this class you will rest comfortably and allow the vibrations of crystal bowls, a spirit drum, singing bowls and other instruments to move through your mind and body offering awareness, insights and healing wherever it is needed. This sound experience will bring synchronization and balance back to your body and energetic system.
A few of the known benefits of sound healing are improved sleep, improved memory and concentration, deep relaxation and reduced pain and inflammation.
Please bring a yoga mat if you intend to lay down for the class, as well as cushions, pillows, etc to ensure you are comfortable.

One hour of Yoga Nidra is the equivalent of four hours of sleep – and we all need more sleep!
If this sounds like something your body is calling for, treat yourself or a friend to this session. There are no yoga postures in this class and no experience is needed. As you are guided through this Yoga Nidra practice, you will feel a deep sense of relaxation and release. All you need to do is lie back comfortably and Michelle will guide you to a state of complete relaxation.
In this workshop, you’ll learn what Yoga Nidra is and the various benefits of it.
You'll restore you body and sense through a 2 hour practice that will leave you feeling completely blissed out and ready for a fabulous night's sleep. Time will fly and you wish you could stay longer. Ahhhhh
