Service Description

Join Lisa for a nourishing evening of connection and sacred ceremony. You will receive a guided Chakra balancing meditation connecting to the bodies energy centers & we will mindfully breathe & explore restorative yoga for the body, mind and spirit diving into deeper states of healing, relaxation and awareness. A enchanted elemental sound bath with elemental wind chimes, shamanic drumming, shakers, gong, crystal & Tibetan bowls to name a few) will be performed and Shamanic Reiki & a light language transmission will be offered in circle to expand our hearts, release physical, emotional and energetic blockages in the body. The evening will close with journaling & community connection. Lisa looks forward to sharing her medicine with you & meeting you on your mat! Cancellation Policy

Workshop cancellations by attendee will be applied as a credit to your studio account. There are no refunds, substitutions or exchanges. All workshops cancelled by attendee less than 24 hours before the start time, or any no-shows will not be credited to your account. In the event of an emergency, please contact management directly at info@lifeyogastudio.com Only one (1) emergency cancellation per year will apply. Emergency cancellation is at the discretion of Management, otherwise penalty will be applied. Workshops may be cancelled by the studio in the event that there is an emergency with the instructor or studio, low sign ups or an act of God. If this happens, we will refund you back your session. We appreciate your understanding under the extenuating circumstances.
