Service Description
In this training, we will learn the fundamentals of sequencing, modifications, assists and foundational practices so that you learn how to confidently teach and practice yoga on your own. Sequencing is an art and we are here to teach you! This course will earn you 6 Continuing Education credits with the Yoga Alliance. IMPORTANT: Please note that Sequencing I & Sequencing II DO NOT need to be completed in order. It is simply a way to identify the trainings and Sequencing II can be completed before Sequencing I.
Cancellation Policy
For all trainings cancelled less than 48 hours before the start time, or any no-shows, a late cancellation/no show fee of $75 will be charged. In the event of an emergency, please contact management directly at info@lifeyogastudio.com Only one (1) emergency cancellation per year will apply. Emergency cancellation is at the discretion of Management, otherwise penalty will be applied. No refunds will be honoured in the event of any late cancellation/no show.
