Take your love for yoga to the next level with our Vinyasa Immersion Training program at Life Yoga Studio. This teacher training is perfect for those who want to be certified in Vinyasa and learn in-depth about the beauty of this practice. You will gain knowledge on how to sequence, cue, and adjust poses, as well as deepen your understanding of yoga philosophy and anatomy in relation to Vinyasa Yoga. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate in Vinyasa from Life Yoga Academy and be eligible for 6 CEC credits with the Yoga Alliance. Join us and become the yoga teacher you always wanted to be. You don't have to be a yoga teacher to do this course, however, there will be a great deal of teaching instruction and as a result you will learn how to sequence your own practice and modifications.
