RESTORATIVE YOGA
Had a long week, month or year? Relax your mind, body and soul with this candle-lit restorative session assisted with blankets, bolsters and pillows that will give you space to melt into comfortable, soothing poses. Your eyes will be closed as you welcome the comfort of restoration for 3-7 minutes per pose. This is a grounded practice so there will be no standing poses. We have a full line of props to make this practice a delicious one! All levels.
